Eligibility Criteria for the Above Cadres are Mentioned Below

Assistant General Managers (Scale V)

Eligibility Norms:
  • Professionally qualified (ACA/ACS/ICWA) / Post Graduate / Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB
  • Age – Min – 40 years & Max - 50 years
  • Minimum 20 years of Banking experience and having minimum 2 years of experience in Chief Manager cadre (Scale IV) in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector Bank/ New Generation (Minimum as AVP/DVP) Bank with expertise in credit.
  • Willing to work at Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu / any place in India
  • The salary will be based on the industry standards.

Senior Managers / Chief Managers (Scale III & IV)

Eligibility Norms:
  • Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB.
  • Age – Min – 35 years & Max - 50 years
  • Having minimum 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank and having skill set in processing credit proposals.
  • Willing to work at any place in India
  • The salary will be based on the industry standards.

Managers / Deputy Managers (Scale I, II & III)

Eligibility Norms:
  • Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB
  • Age – Min – 25 years & Max - 40 years
  • Having minimum 3 years of banking experience as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank and having skill set in processing credit proposals.
  • Willing to work at any place in India
  • The salary and designation will be based on the track record of the applicants/industry standards.

Assistant Managers

Eligibility Norms:
  • Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB
  • Age – Min – 24 years & Max - 30 years
  • Having minimum 3 years of banking experience as Clerical cadre in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector/ New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in credit and handling credit proposals.
  • Willing to work at any place in India
  • The salary and designation will be based on the track record of the applicants/industry standards.
