Create new password / Reset forgotten password and PIN for Net Banking and Mobile Banking
1. Login to Net Banking ( www.onlinecub.net )
2. Go to Change your PIN menu
3. Click on Debit / ATM Card PIN
4. Choose your card from the drop down menu
5. Enter new PIN and Transaction Password
6. Enter OTP received on your mobile phone
1. Login to CUB ALL IN ONE app
2. Go to Cards menu
3. Debit / ATM Card PIN change
4. Type the MPIN and set the new PIN for your card.
1. As part of our Green initiative, we have enabled Green PIN for your Debit card.
2. Now you can generate your own ATM PIN through Net banking or mobile banking or by visiting CUB ATM.
3. While inserting new ATM debit card, You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number (RMN).
4. After receiving a One Time Password (OTP), Insert the card again and enter your customer ID.
5. Then enter the six digit OTP received in your mobile.
6. Set your own four digit ATM PIN now.
7. If you forgot the ATM PIN, you can reset through Net Banking by entering the transaction password.
1. Login to Mobile Banking using MPIN.
2. Select Cards Menu and go to Debit/ATM Card Pin change Menu to set new Pin.
3. Cards linked with the respective account is listed in the list box. Select the appropriate card from the list box and set your own four digit ATM pin and re-enter the same pin in the next tab also.
4. Then enter the MPIN and press “Pin Reset” option.
5. Enter the OTP to proceed further and click submit option.
6. Message will be prompted as “Pin Reset for your ATM Card done successfully”.
