  • CUB Customers with CUB All in one Mobile App click on Scan & Pay option to Scan the Bharat QR code at the merchant establishment without swiping the debit card on PoS machine
  • Withdraw money from any CUB ATM, from a place of your convenience using CUB Mobile without parting with your ATM card. All you need to do is communicate to the receiver the quantum of withdrawal and a PIN (Personal Identification Number). The receiver needs to key in the authentication details along with the PIN at the ATM of their convenience and collect the amount. The entire transaction is managed completely without using any card
  • CUB has launched a new feature in the Mobile banking applications through which you can manage your transactions by fixing a limit of your choice through the option ‘Set Card Limit’. Using this option, you can ‘Enable’ and ‘Disable’ your ATM / POS / Online transactions
How to stay safe from cyber threats
  • Do not download and install applications from untrusted sources [offered via unknown websites/ links on unscrupulous messages]. Install apps downloaded from reputed application market only.
  • Prior to downloading / installing apps on android devices (even from Google Play Store):
  • Always review the app details, number of downloads, user reviews, comments and "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section.
  • Verify app permissions and grant only those permissions, which have relevant context for the app's purpose.
  • Do not check "Untrusted Sources" checkbox to install side loaded apps.
  • Exercise caution while visiting trusted/untrusted sites for clicking links.

  • Install and maintain updated antivirus solution on android devices. Scan the suspected device with antivirus solutions to detect and clean infections.
  • Install Android updates and patches as and when available from Android device vendors.
  • Enable 2-factor authentication for your Google/other accounts.
  • Users are advised to use device encryption or encrypting external SD card feature available with most of the android OS.
Device binding
As per the RBI guidelines, we are enabling device binding option for our CUB All in one Mobile banking application. The application will be operational only with the mobile number registered with the Bank.
  • Users to click 'Let's get started' to start registration for the first time.
  • For dual SIM phones, application will prompt for the SIM selection and users to select the SIM for which the mobile number is registered with the Bank
  • Standard SMS charges will be applicable during registration, ensure that the balance are sufficient to send SMS (One SMS Cost).
  • Ensure mobile data / Internet connection ON.
  • Make sure that the SIM is not disabled under settings -> SIM Management to avoid failure during registration
  • Not to toggle between Apps or press any other button until the registration process gets completed

  • Avoid using unsecured, unknown Wi-Fi networks. There may be rogue Wi-Fi access points at public places used for distributing malicious applications
