Once the account is opened, choose to complete video KYC instantly or book a slot at a time of your convenience for a video call with Bank representative.
A confirmation SMS will be sent with the slot details.
You would also receive the video link for KYC verification process through Mail/SMS.
Our Customer Care team will interact with you during your slot through the video call to complete the Video KYC process.
