1. What is Corporate Net Banking?

Customers of CUB who are, corporate – Public and Private Limited companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts, and Associations etc are offered Corporate Net Banking facility.

2. What is the Difference between personal and corporate Net Banking?

Personal Net banking is for an individual who can manage his banking transactions using this facility. In the case of personal Net banking, multiple accounts can be operated by a single person.

Corporate Net Banking will have one account which could be operated by multiple persons in an organization according to their role and initiating amount.

3. What is Role in a corporate?

Example for different roles: Chairman, Managing Director, Director, Chief Financial officer, Director, Senior General Manager, General Manager, Manager, Clerk, Auditor.

4. What is initiating Amount?

Initiating Amount is the amount up to which the corporate user can initiate a Transaction without another person’s approval.

5. Why approval and explain.

Example for approval: Clerk initiates transaction and officer approves the Transaction.

Similar way as per the deed /resolution if a user initiates a transaction more than the initiating amount, the transaction goes to the next or same hierarchy level for approval.

6. Explain Viewing of accounts and operation of accounts?

All accounts in the corporate are offered ‘view’ facility for all the approved users. Transactions can be initiated only to the accounts that are mapped to the authorized users.

7. Can we request to Link two Customer ID of Different firm under a single corporate ID.

No. It is not possible to link customer IDs of different entities / firms under a single corporate Id.

8. If two different companies /Partnership firm “ABC LTD” and “XYZ Ltd” have the same partners / directors, can we have a single corporate ID?

No. Your request would not be entertained because each firm is separate legal entity

9. Can we add multiple customer ID having the (same entity/Name and operating power) of different branches under a single corporate ID ?

Yes. The option is applicable.

10. What are the details required while submitting corporate net Banking application form.

Duly filled application form along with Board resolution or Partnership Deed as per the sample in the application form is required. Note: Resolution or Partnership Deed should be in the letter head of the company.

12. How many Pin (Password) is available for corporate ?

One Login ID, one Login Password and one Transaction Password along with one corporate ID should be entered in the corporate net banking Login window.

13. Which Link should a former employee of the corporate or net banking customer (without transaction facility) should choose?

They have to choose Personal net banking only. Because the corporate user details were deleted at CUB end after receiving the confirmation from concern firms / corporate.

14. Can a corporate customer having Personal Net Banking without Transaction facility and apply for Corporate net Banking. whether his access to personal net Banking will get effective after getting the New corporate net Banking?

No. It is not affected and he can continue to use the Personal Net Banking. But should choose personal net Banking in the Login Screen.

15. Is it possible to incorporate an approval system in corporate net banking by which one partner of a two member partnership firm has to approve all transactions initiated by the other partner?

Yes. For partnership firms we can configure the system in such a way that all transactions initiated within the initiating amount by one partner is approved by another partner.

16. Whether bill payment can be done through corporate net banking?

Yes authorized corporate net banking users can pay utility Bills within the initiating amount for the accounts mentioned in the application form.

17. What is the maximum amount that can be transferred using corporate net Banking?
18. What is the option available to get a Duplicate Password for corporate users?

Corporate users can use the ‘Forgot Password’ and ‘Instant Password’ option in the corporate Login screen.

Using DSC , the corporate customer can reset the passwords through online itself.

Using ‘Forgot Password’ option, they have to fill the Corporate ID, User ID, Base Branch, First Name and choose the type of password required.

Or give a request to the Branch in the required form.

19. Can more than one person be administrator for corporate?

Yes, if it is requested by the customer CUB can configure.

20. Whether corporate netbanking having deposit opening facility?

No, The deposit opening through online facility not available for corporate users.

21. What is role of ‘admin’ in corporate netbanking?

At present admin can restrict the transaction time and can restrict a user from accessing corporate net banking. And map the operative accounts which the user need to use view / funds transfer.

22. Whether Email Id of the user is mandatory?

Yes, E-mail Id for all the user is mandatory.

23. To pay bill should I choose ‘Personal Net Banking’ or ‘Corporate Net Banking’ on www.onlinecub.net.

You will choose “Personal Net Banking” for bill payment and corporate net banking customer, has to choose “Corporate Net Banking” for bill payment.

24. Whether the Pin Mailer will be delivered directly to customer?

Pin mailer for corporate will be forwarded to Branch and customer have to collect the same from the Branch.

25. Whether “view” facility is available for all accounts? What about the newly opened accounts under the Customer ID?

All accounts under the corporate can be viewed by all authorized users including the newly opened accounts. If an account is opened today the same can be viewed on the next day.

26. When a corporate customer opens a new account (CA/CCOD) under the same customer ID how do they secure transaction facility for the newly opened account ?

They have to submit new application form along with the deed or company resolution and mention the account number which need to mapped under the corporate id for transaction.

27. Can I add personal savings account of MSD to the corporate net banking ?

No, you cannot add personal account if MSD to corporate net banking.

28. Is partnership deed or Board resolution mandatory?

Yes. Without the resolution application will not be processed.

29. Is approval Required for all types of Transaction as specified in the Matrix ?

All transactions except Bill Payment will have to be approved (Like Add beneficiary, Transfer with in CUB, Transfer through RTGS/NEFT). For fund transfers if the amount exceeds initiating amount it has to be approved according to the Matrix specified in the application form. If the number of approvers is ‘ZERO’ no approval is required and if the transaction falls within the initiating amount.

30. Can a corporate user having “0” approver initiate a Transaction more the initiation amount?

No. The system would reject.

31. Can a user try to pay a utility Bill more the initiation?

No. The system would reject.

32. Can an auditor having no Transaction facility Try to pay utility Bill or Funds Transfer ?

No. The system would reject.
