How Cardless Withdrawal works / How to withdraw from CUB ATM
Points to remember

• Login to Internet/Mobile Banking
• Choose Cardless Withdrawal and enter the Beneficiary mobile number
• Choose the account from which amount has to be debited
• Enter 6 digit Sender PIN. You can create your own 6 digit PIN number of your choice
• Enter Transfer amount (Min Rs100 & Max per day Rs1000 for a Beneficiary mobile number)
• Enter transaction password and and click submit
• Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
• After successful validation, system will send sms to the Beneficiary mobile number which contains Beneficiary OTP
• Sender has to inform the Sender's 6 digit PIN to the Beneficiary, which has entered during Cardless Withdrawal
• Go to nearby CUB BNA ATMs and choose Press here for Cardless Transaction > Cardless Withdrawal
• Enter 6 digit PIN shared by the Sender, 6 digit OTP received in Beneficiary mobile number and amount transferred by the sender and Submit
• If you enter Sender PIN,Beneficiary OTP and amount correctly, You will get your Cash
• Beneficiary OTP will be valid only for 48 hours
• If Beneficiary has not done withdrawal before expiry of OTP, the amount will be reversed to sender's account on the 3rd working day
• Sender should be CUB Debit Cardholder but Beneficiary can be Non CUB Customers also
• Go to a nearby CUB BNA ATMs and choose 'Press here for Cardless Transaction' > 'Cardless Withdrawal'
