xorkee app does not store any authorization or transaction data in the phone/PC. No logs are stored either for authorizations carried out using xorkee. All logs and records would only be available with your business application provider. xorkee doesn’t collect any information such as IMEI number, SIM number, auto-reading of SMS and address books etc., and is completely a non-invasive application.

29.What if I enter wrong password for the token?

If you enter a wrong password, the app will display “Transaction failed” error message along with the number of pending invalid password retries. If you exceed this count, the token will get locked and you cannot perform any operations with that token anymore

30. What is ‘Do Not Disturb’?

The ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) option stops you from receiving xorkee notifications. You can choose to stop receiving xorkee notifications by turning ON the ‘Do Not Disturb’ in the xorkee app on phone. To turn ON, open the xorkee app and tap on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ toggle button. You will have to provide your authorization by means of your fingerprint or the token password to ensure that it has not been enabled without you knowing it. When your xorkee app is in DND mode and you carryout a transaction in a business application, the business application will try to reach you for authorization. The authorization request will not reach you because you have enabled DND. xorkee will intimate the business application with an error called ‘user unreachable’ and in turn the business application will intimate you with an appropriate error message . Now, you‘ll have to turn OFF the DND mode and retry the activity at your business application to receive a new notification. To turn OFF, you just have to open your xorkee app and automatically it will be turned off. xorkee PC application
