The customer can download the application only through URL given by the bank using their Mobile Device or they can download using their PC and Transfer the Same using the Data card or if the device is Bluetooth enabled you can Transfer the Application using Blue tooth from your PC /Laptop.
Please select 'Yes' for this option. This option is specific to the mobile device and will not affect the application or mobile phone.
The downloaded applications are stored in a particular folder of the handset, specific to each device. Typically it should reside either in the Games or Applications folder of your phone.
You will need to re-download the application on your handset. Please follow the download process and continue banking. You have to once again do the Registration process of the Mobile Application.

There is Two password for J2ME Mobile Banking Application. one is to Login to your Mobile Application and the second one is for to perform Transaction or any Query. The application will not allow others to use your mobile handset perform bank services. The application is installed with identity of original handset owner. The application does not allow other user to login with his/her credentials.
YES .You can use Both the application. MPIN for the Both the application are same.
NO . You cannot use the Same MPIN for Both J2ME and SMS Pull . MPIN is different for Both.
If you lose your mobile
If you Wrongly type the Application Password more than 5 Times J2ME Application will be automatically deactivated. You have to do Registration once again with your MPIN.
If you wrongly type the Mpin More than 3 times while sending Request Your MPIN will be locked you cannot do any further Transaction. If you able to remember your MPIN You have to inform this to your Branch in writing we will change the Status as Active then you can perform your Transactions. If you forgot your MPIN you have to send fresh Application for new MPIN. We will send the MPIN to your Base Branch.
The user can use GPRS or SMS channel to perform the bank service transactions.
