Quantum of Finance Maximum Rs 100 lakh subject to 75% of the market value of gold or 75% of the value of the gold ornaments as appraised by a bank approved appraiser whichever is lower (on gross weight) subject to scale of finance fixed from time to time.
Security Pledge of gold ornaments with 22 carats only
Rate of Interest ROI 11.70%
Processing Fee 0.25%+ GST
LTV As per RBI Norms i.e LTV upto 75% to be maintained throughout the tenure of loan for all maturities. The borrower will be called upon to reduce the loan outstanding to maintain LTV always upto 75% or above.
